Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Limit & Eligibility

  • You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
  • Only one account may be created per person.
  • All information provided at the time of account creation must be true, accurate, and complete.
  • You may not operate an account on behalf of any third party.

2.2 Account Security

  • It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential.
  • Any unauthorized activity on the account must be reported to qu77 immediately.
  • You are solely responsible for all activity conducted from your account.
  • Account transfer or sale is strictly prohibited.
  • qu77 reserves the right to suspend an account if suspicious activity is detected.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

qu77 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time if required. This process may involve requesting a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued documents. Withdrawals may be on hold until identity verification is complete. Providing false information may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds.

3.2 Withdrawal Conditions

  • The wagering requirement on any active bonus must be met before a withdrawal request can be processed.
  • Withdrawals can only be made through the same payment method used for the deposit.
  • If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all withdrawals will be suspended.
  • qu77 may refuse a withdrawal if any fraudulent activity is proven.

Bonuses & Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at qu77 receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example:

  • ৳1,000 deposit → ৳1,200 bonus → total balance ৳2,200
  • ৳26,000 deposit → ৳15,000 bonus (maximum cap) → total ৳41,000

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 10x (10 times) wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined deposit and bonus. Example:

  • ৳1,200 bonus × 10 = ৳12,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

4.3 General Bonus Usage Terms

  • Each promotion may have its own validity period and terms — these will be detailed on the promotions page.
  • Using multiple accounts, VPNs, or proxies to claim bonuses is prohibited.
  • If any bonus abuse is proven, the bonus may be cancelled and the account suspended.
  • qu77 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion without notice.
  • Wagering conditions must be met before cashing out winnings earned from a bonus.

Please note: qu77 uses an automated monitoring system to prevent bonus abuse. If any unusual betting pattern is detected, the bonus may be cancelled.

VIP Program Terms

5.1 VIP Tiers & Benefits

qu77's VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback benefits apply at each tier:

  • Bronze — Weekly cashback up to 0.2%
  • Silver — Weekly cashback up to 0.5%
  • Gold — Weekly cashback up to 0.8%
  • Platinum — Weekly cashback up to 1.0%

5.2 Tier Upgrade Conditions

VIP tier upgrades depend on the user's overall activity and participation on the platform. Specific turnover thresholds apply and will be communicated personally by an account manager. qu77 reserves the right to change VIP terms.

5.3 Cashback Payment Rules

Weekly cashback is paid within a set timeframe. Cashback may be added directly to the account balance or issued as a separate bonus balance. Wagering conditions may also apply to cashback.

Prohibited Activities

6.1 Strictly Prohibited Actions

The following activities are completely prohibited on the qu77 platform and may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds:

  • Creating or operating multiple accounts.
  • Registering using a false identity or false information.
  • Any form of fraudulent activity or collusion.
  • Using bots, auto-clickers, or any other automated software.
  • Circumventing geographic restrictions via VPN, proxy, or any other method.
  • Bonus arbitrage or bonus abuse.
  • Money laundering or use of illegal funds.
  • Playing on behalf of minors or from their accounts.
  • Exploiting technical errors or vulnerabilities in the platform.
  • Harassing or disrespecting other members.

Note: qu77 reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account while any suspicious activity is under investigation. If a violation is proven after the investigation, the account will be permanently closed and all funds forfeited.

Gaming Rules

7.1 Game Results

All game results on qu77 are determined by a secure and verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG). Each game result is entirely independent and does not depend on previous results. If a technical error makes a game result uncertain, qu77 reserves the right to void that round.

7.2 Betting Limits

Each game or market has its own minimum and maximum betting limits. These limits may change at any time. Betting limits may differ for specific games when playing with a bonus balance, and this will be stated in the bonus terms.

7.3 Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises regarding any game result or transaction, it must be reported in writing to the qu77 support team within 7 days of the date of the incident. In the event of a dispute, qu77's server logs and game history will be considered the final evidence. No disputes will be accepted after the specified deadline.

Limitation of Liability

8.1 Service Unavailability

qu77 may temporarily suspend service for the following reasons and is not obligated to provide any compensation for doing so:

  • Technical issues or server errors.
  • Issues with third-party software or payment systems.
  • Uncontrollable circumstances (force majeure).

8.2 Liability for Losses

qu77 is not liable under any circumstances for the following:

  • Direct or indirect financial losses from gaming activity.

  • Unauthorized access to an account by a third party.
  • Password exposure due to user negligence.
